GUEST POST RULES GUIDELINES

What you’ll need to submit.
• Your Author’s Bio (you can include 1 link to your website’s homepage)
• Social Media links (you may add all your social media links)
• Post title
• Blog Post
• Minimum of 4 images (Jpeg ,jpg or PNG only)

All submissions must comply with our guidelines. We reserve the right to reject your post submission if it contain.
• False or fake information
• Misleading or inaccurate information
• Out dated information
• Profanity, sexual explicit, pornographic material.
• Bullying, violence, harassment or malicious and false information that may causes harm.
• Unethical, immoral, or illegal activities or behaviour.
• Defamatory, demeaning or discriminatory information against someone’s age, political beliefs, religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender or disability.
• Disrespectful or derogatory content about another business or their staff.
• Infringement of, the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademarks and database rights) of any other party.
• Copied word for word content from another website even if it is your own website.
• Promotion or glamorisation of illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, contraband, or illegal weapons.
• Information that infringes on a business or a person’s private data.
• Excessive self-promotion
• Plagiarism, poor grammar, spelling errors or irrelevant content.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Any post that you submit that is published becomes the property of Virgin Hair Directory, and should not be posted or published elsewhere. All posts are manually reviewed by our moderator. So, if your article is rejected for whatever reasons your post will not be published.
1. Your post should be entertaining, informative, relevant and non-fiction. Your content should focus on quality that adds value for our readers. Your content should be original, written solely for the Virgin Hair Directory audience.
2. We will accept a short bio introducing yourself (50 words max). You are also allowed one backlink to your site or listing, (The URL needs to lead to a legit website) If the URL links to an unreliable website, the URL will be deleted from your bio.
3. Each image requires a caption with the source and usage rights, even if it is a photo taken or created by you.
4. We reserve the right to remove questionable images from approve post submissions.
5. Your post should be between 600 and 1,000 words.
6. Your post should be easy to read, with short paragraphs.
7. You may be asked to revise your post and/or title before it can be approve to go live.
8. If we approve your guest post, you will receive a confirmation email within two weeks with time and date your post will go live.

We store your name, email and any other data you submitted to Virgin Hair Directory website. We do so in case we need to get in touch with you any time in the future. We do not use your details for third party marketing purposes, we don’t sell data.

You have the right at any time to request for the deletion of your personal data and/or to anonymised. The guest post you have submitted, we retain the right to keep the content itself and use it in promotional purposes.
